Neste Axle 80W-90 is a general-purpose gear oil with extreme-pressure additives. It is made of solvent-refined paraffinic or naphthenic base oils. The oil contains effective oxidation, foaming and pressure resistants, with additives which improve the lubrication film.

Applications

Neste Axle 80W-90 is recommended for drive and differential gears and gearboxes for year round use. It is particularly suitable for hypoid drive gears and reduction gears in passenger cars, trucks and other vehicles that require oils with good pressure resistance. Neste Axle 80W-90 is suitable for most oil lubricated propeller transmissions. During oil change check that there is no water in the gears and change the gaskets if necessary (water makes the oil look grey and hazy).
