Neste Pro Coolant XLC-II Ready is a ready-to-use new generation, ethylene glycol-based long-life coolant which is developed by the organic acid (OAT) technology. It is a very versatile and multifunctional coolant that can be used in many heavy duty equipment cooling systems.
YEAR ROUND FREEZING AND CORROSION PROTECTION
Neste Pro Coolant XLC-II Ready is made from the highest quality ethylene glycol and cutting-edge additive solution which provides reliable and safe cooling system operation even at very cold outdoor temperatures (please check coolant / water mixing concentration rates). It keeps the cooling system free from corrosion and maintains it for optimal performance.
LONG DRAIN INTERVALS
It is backboned by OAT (organic acid technology) that provides unique oxidation stability and extends coolant's working life. Extended drain intervals help to reduce the amount of waste and therefore maintenance expenses.
EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE
Neste Pro Coolant XLC-II Ready shows excellent technical features, such as: superior oxidation and pH stability at high temperatures, compatibility with hard water, outstanding heat transfer features and superior flux compensation. Neste Pro Coolant XLC-II Ready is a multi purpose ready-to-use coolant which is suitable for use in combustion engines and Battery Electric Vehicles in automotive and heavy duty applications if there is no requirement on electrical conductivity. It is especially developed for heavy duty vehicle cooling systems, such as Volvo, Caterpillar, John Deere, Claas, Perkins and many others. Note! Due to the glycerol present in the product, the antifreeze meters for monoethylene glycol-based coolants do not give a correct antifreeze reading, but a correction table must be used. Check the suitability of the product in the instruction manual. Not recommended for mixing with other coolants. Water quality has an effect on coolant performance and durability. Distilled or deionized water would be best, if available. However, the minimum requirement is to use good quality clean “tap water”, hardness max. 10 ° d. It is recommended to use at least 30 vol. % of the antifreeze in the final coolant solution. This provides a freeze point of -16°C. Typical mixtures in Northern Europe are 50/50, offering a freeze point down to - 37°C. Concentrations higher than 70 vol.% are not recommended as the maximum frost protection is reached. The mixture of the 50/50 blend gives a freeze point down to - 37°C. Neste Pro Coolant XLC-II is fully mixable with Neste Pro Coolant XLC. It can be used everywhere, where Neste Pro Coolant XLC could be used.
