Neste Turbo+ V5 5W-30 is new generation engine oil which is especially developed for the newest Volvo heavy duty diesel engines that have requirements of the Volvo VDS-5 specification. It exceeds the performance criteria of API FA-4 and also exceeds original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements providing high performance in low viscosity heavy-duty applications.
SIGNIFICANT FUEL ECONOMY BENEFITS
Neste Turbo+ V5 5W-30 has lower viscosity at HTHS (high temperature and high shear) +150 °C than API CK-4 oils and it is especially designed for boosting fuel efficiency to meet on-highway greenhouse gas (GHG) emission standards.

As a low SAPS (sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulfur) and fuel saving engine oil, it will extensively sustain equipment emission control systems durability where particulate filters and other advanced aftertreatment systems are used. Applications
Neste Turbo+ V5 5W-30 is especially recommended for the newest EURO 6D Volvo and Renault heavy-duty engines that require low HTHS engine oil for fuel economy. Not backwards compatible with other VDS specifications. Neste Turbo+ V5 5W-30 is suitable for advanced heavy equipment, especially low-emission diesel engines which have API FA-4 requirements. It is not suitable for engines with API CK-4 requirement or older. Please check your equipment suitability according to Performance claims and the Approvals in this product data sheet. Check your car's manual for compatibility. Note! When using API FA-4 oil with higher than 15 ppm sulfur fuel, consult the engine manufacturer for service interval. API FA-4 oils are developed for use in all applications with diesel fuels ranging in sulfur content up to 500 ppm. However high sulfur fuel may affect exhaust aftertreatment system durability or oil drain intervals.
